The following weightlifters of Andhra Pradesh have cheated
sports fraternity in India by submitting bogus / false date of birth
certificates to compete in National level championships.

A.Siromani reduced over 4 years from her
Original DOB and competed in Junior Nationals at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh
state and won gold medal in Nov – 2011.

K.Venkata Lakshmi reduced one year from her
Origional DOB. She also competed in the above said nationals and silver medal in
Nov – 2011.
·
S.Trinadh reduced 5 years from his original DOB.
He competed in youth (sub Junior/ Under – 17) Nationals held at Itanagar,
Arunachal Pradesh State in Nov – 2011.

All the above mentioned lifters are enjoying
National coaching camp. As per the media reports A.siromani and K.Venkata
Lakshmi are in Indian team for Junior Common wealth championships to held in
Samoa in first week of June – 2012. That means India will be represented by
cheats.

It is reported that the very admissions in
Andhra Pradesh Sports School are based on bogus / false date of birth
certificates. S.A.I should take necessary steps of conducting are medical test
to ensure proper age of Junior and youth sports persons. This is to save Honour
of India in International meets.

There are more cheating cases. Investigation
is on.

The Secretary General of IWLF is fully aware of
age scandals of all weightlifters in India. He knows the age secret of
K.Kalyani, former International weightlifter and sister of K.Malleswari. Mr.Saha
dev Yadav tried to black mail
K.Malleswari to gag her mouth as she raised her voice for the welfare and
protection of women weightlifters in National coaching camps.

The tactis of encouraging bogus DOB and later
black mailing the lifters particularly women weight lifters is adopted by IWLF
and state units.

This should be thoroughly investigated by IOA,
SAI and Govt. Of India and take necessary steps to cleanse the sport. Many
cheats have already been recruited by Indian Railways, Services etc...
·
Many of the cheats even got huge cash incentives
from Central and State Govt. From Public funds.
·
Submission of wrong age certificate is violative
as dope offence. If IWLF takes serious steps,
Andhra Pradesh State will be banned for at least two years from taking
part in Nationals with huge fine.
